Policies

Our Policies are simple and quite easy to adhere to. Please read and if you have any questions or need further clarification, please give us a call or send us a message on our Contact Us page.

All our Airbnb properties are Self Check-In and Self Check-Out . You will receive an email explaining how to do so a day or two prior to your arrival. (Same day for last minute bookings). 

Each booking is subject to a cleaning fee, please be aware of this.

Check-in time is 5 pm & Check-out time is 10 am. Please call or message us on your arrival date if you would like to check-in early and we will do our best to accommodate. <b>Unapproved late checkouts are subject to being charged an hourly fee of $150.00.</b>

We are a NON-Smoking Facility and this goes for all our units. There is a charge of $300 if a guest smokes in the facility anywhere except the parking lot or in designated areas with signage.

We Do Not Allow Pets EXCEPT in the Carriage House. A Pet Fee is applicable.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  We are a small business, therefore we are significantly affected by cancellations and they affect us greatly and therefore we must adhere to a strict cancellation policy. For cancellations made more than 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, your deposit will be refunded less $35 processing fee. For cancellations made 60 days or less prior to your arrival date, you are responsible for and you will be charged for the full reservation.</b>

Guests must be 18 years of age to rent a unit. 

Any damage to the property (accidental or willful) is the responsibility of the guests and we reserve the right to charge the card on file, the cost of rectifying same.

The credit or debit card used at the time of booking will be pre-authorized for 100% of total reservation upon booking and charged thereafter. If your method of payment is declined, your booking is subject to cancellation.
